
well it’s Thursday …I realized I have fallen behind in my blogging ..As I had stated in the beginning I was going to post daily on my journey to getting healthy and fit ..It’s been a couple of day’s and thing’s are progressing fine , I am becoming accustom to planning a menu for the week and starting and stopping my fasting in a timely manner . I am starting to notice changes like having more energy and craving less sweets little by little changes are happening ..I just need to incorporate some exercise into the plan and and it will all start coming together .
Well I like to do is talk about the reason I chose to start intermittent fasting and and to be a Vegan as well ..Yes I didn’t mention that in my first post that not only was I doing intermittent fasting but also a Vegan and I am not blogging this to get people to follow my choices but just show that it does work . Why intermittent Fasting ???
Well I chose Itermittent fasting for me because I liked the concept of for one that it allows you to eat through a specific period which in IF is refered to as your window .and you can choose to adjust your window as long or a short as you want it to be . For myself I am choosing a 6 hour window in which I will be able to have meals , snacks or what I chose within that window and then when I hit my six hour mark I close my window for the day .In the evening I continue to drink liquid’s with no sugar until the following morning when I reopen my window. Well to help keep track of all of this I use an app on my phone called called LIFE which is a downloadable app on Google and Apple it helps a great deal of awesome features for beginners like a fasting tracker , you can join groups as well sign up for personalized coaching .There are also a great deal of groups you can join through Facebook or Instagram that you can join to get ideas or suggestions or post questions .
